How can I buy ONYX nails products in Cyprus?

From our online store. We deliver across Cyprus, usually in 1–2 working days.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will get an email with the tracking number. You can also see your orders in your account.
Which payment methods can I use?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash on delivery. Delivery and cash-on-delivery costs are in our shipping policy.
Can I cancel my order?

How much is delivery in Cyprus?

With ACS Courier or Akis Express it costs €5 for orders up to €48.99 and is free from €49. Cash on delivery costs €13, plus any fee shown at checkout. Orders usually arrive in 1–2 working days.

What is the deadline for returning the ONYX nails products I purchased?

Product returns are accepted within 14 working days.
Are there any return costs?

Return shipping costs for non-defective products are the responsibility of the buyer. For further instructions regarding the return process, please contact us via the contact form and we will assist with your request immediately.
I received the wrong order, what should I do?

I received a damaged product. What should I do?

If any of the products you received are damaged, please keep the box, packaging materials, and receipt, and contact us as soon as possible via the contact form.

Are ONYX nails products safe to use?

Yes. ONYX nails products are dermatologically tested and notified on the EU CPNP portal (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal), as the EU cosmetics regulation requires. Always follow the instructions for use.
Are ONYX nails products Vegan & Cruelty free?

ONYX nails offers vegan & cruelty-free semi-permanent nail products that are not tested on any animals and contain no animal-derived ingredients.

For ONYX nails, the primary concern is ensuring the safety of both people, through dermatologically tested products, and animals, by rejecting methods that harm any living organism
Are ONYX nails products compatible with products from other companies?

They are compatible, however for the best result we recommend the base-color-top combination with ONYX nails products for maximum performance.
How many uses does the 7ml semi-permanent polish bottle provide?

The 7ml packaging is sufficient for 23 complete manicures.
Why is the gel polish I bought not curing properly?

The reasons why the semi-permanent product may not be curing are the following:

  • Too thick a layer - ONYX nails products only require 2 thin layers. This way, you save both time and material
  • Use of a lamp with low Wattage - For ONYX nails semi-permanent products to cure successfully, a professional lamp of at least 36W is required
  • Incorrect hand position in the lamp - Improper placement of the hand in the lamp results in the material not curing evenly and, therefore, the desired result is not achieved.
Why do the colors on the site look different than they do in reality?

Colours can look different from screen to screen. Our colour chart shows each shade as faithfully as we can. If you are unsure about a colour, write to us through the contact form.
Where are the ONYX nails semi-permanent polishes, gels, and acrylics produced?

ONYX nails products are manufactured in a factory in Poland, complying with all European regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
