Where we deliver

We deliver only within Cyprus.

Delivery costs and methods

At checkout you choose the courier you prefer:

ACS Courier	€5	Free
Akis Express	€5	Free
Cash on delivery	€13	€13

With cash on delivery, a cash-on-delivery fee may be added; it is shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are shipped on the next working day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Failed delivery

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails because of wrong details or because nobody was there, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Damage in transit

Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging or a product is damaged, let us know as soon as possible through the contact form, with your order number and photos, and we will sort it out at no extra cost to you.
