Returns Policy

1. Right of withdrawal: 14 working days

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 working days from the day you received the products. If your order was delivered in more than one parcel, the period starts from receipt of the last one.

To withdraw, let us know before the deadline through the contact form, quoting your order number. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but you don't have to.

2. Products that cannot be returned

For health protection and hygiene reasons, products in sealed packaging that has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned, such as gel polishes, bases, top coats, gels, liquids, cuticle oils and creams, as well as single-use refills.

If a product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, the reduction in its value may be deducted from the refund.

3. How to return products

  • Once we receive your request, we will send you the return address.
  • Send us the products no later than 14 working days after your withdrawal notice, in their original packaging, together with your order number.
  • You pay the cost of returning the products, unless the product is faulty or we sent you the wrong product.

4. Refunds

  • We refund you no later than 14 days after you tell us about your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may wait until we receive the products or until you send us proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
  • We also refund the original delivery cost, up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer.
  • For cash on delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you give us.

5. Faulty or wrong products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible through the contact form, with your order number and photos. We will send you the right product or refund you, at our expense.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, in line with the law on the sale of goods (at least 2 years from delivery).

6. Exchanges

To exchange a product (for example for a different shade), contact us through the contact form before sending it back. The exceptions in section 2 apply.
