1. Who we are

The onyxnailscyprus.com store operates under the trading name Onyx Nails Cyprus. For any help, please use the contact form.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all use of the website and to every purchase made through it. By completing an order you accept these terms. We sell and deliver products only within Cyprus.

3. Products

  • We describe our products accurately. Shades on screen may differ slightly from reality, depending on your device.
  • Use the products according to the instructions and warnings on the packaging. Some products are intended for professional use.
  • In case of irritation or an allergic reaction, stop using the product and consult a doctor.

4. Prices

  • All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout, before you complete your order (see the Shipping Policy).
  • Offers are valid for the period stated or while stocks last.
  • If a price is obviously wrong because of a technical error, we will let you know and you can choose to continue with the order or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Orders and conclusion of the contract

  • After completing your order you receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded with this confirmation.
  • If a product turns out to be unavailable, we will let you know immediately and refund the corresponding amount.

6. Payment methods

  • Debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Cash on delivery (with an extra charge, see the Shipping Policy)

Card payments are processed by secure payment providers; we do not store your card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver with ACS Courier or Akis Express, usually within 1–2 working days. Details on costs and times are in the Shipping Policy.

8. Withdrawal and returns

You have the right to withdraw within 14 working days of delivery, with the exceptions that apply to sealed cosmetic products. Full details are in the Returns Policy.

9. Guarantee

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under the applicable law (at least 2 years from delivery).

10. Liability

We are not liable for damage resulting from use of the products contrary to their instructions or warnings. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

11. Intellectual property

Texts, photos, logos and graphics on the website belong to Onyx Nails or their respective owners and may not be used without written permission.

12. Personal data

How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the law of Cyprus.
  • For any complaint, please contact us first through the contact form; we will try to resolve it quickly.
  • You can also contact the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry or, for cross-border purchases, the European Consumer Centre Cyprus.
  • The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory provisions that protect consumers.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time you placed it.
